Alpharetta – 4th of July at Wills Park
With a huge variety of activities to enjoy on any day, Wills Park is a treasure among Alpharetta’s green spaces – and that’s really saying something! The 4th of July fireworks here are also a city standby, bringing the community together for a great celebration in one of the area’s best parks at dusk on the 4th. Families are encouraged to bring a picnic and grilling is allowed with a permit (but only propane grills can be used). Get more information, as well as permit info, here on the Alpharetta city website. Several nearby neighborhoods from The Providence Group are soon to be walkable to Wills Park via the Alpha Loop citywide trail system as well.
Suwanee/Buford – 4th of July at the Mall of Georgia
The Mall of Georgia is hosting an exciting event this year, with their Dawg-On Great 4th of July Family Fun Event. The main event will be a hot dog eating contest hosted by The Dawg House, but superheroes, face-painting, music, food, and a patriotic costume contest with prizes are all on the schedule! Residents of our Suwanee neighborhoods will have a short drive to this well-loved attraction for events and any time some retail therapy is in order.
July 1st-3rd – Peachtree Corners Festival
